Warranty Policy

Coverage and Duration

Ride Tech Moto will warrant all products purchased on the website for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. Should a manufacturing defect be identified within this timeframe, Ride Tech Moto will, at its sole discretion provide replacement parts or a complete replacement of the product on a case-by-case basis.

Exclusions

This warranty does not extend to:

• Damage resulting from accidents, normal wear and tear, or incidental drops.
• Issues arising from improper installation, misuse, or abuse of the product.
• This warranty does not cover any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Additionally, it does not extend to any item(s) that were not purchased directly from our website.
• Mounts purchased for helmets that are not listed on our website or not specified as compatible.

Limitation of Liability

Ride Tech Moto assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, fatalities, or other claims resulting from the use of our products. Ride Tech Moto will not be liable for damages resulting from improper installation or misuse of the product.

Warranty Claims

To facilitate the processing of a warranty claim, Ride Tech Moto requires photographic or videographic evidence of the defect. Claims will be denied if sufficient proof is not provided.
