Return & Refund Policy

At Ride Tech Moto, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be sent back in the same condition they were received. This includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Return Process Canada and USA

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with the following information:

  • Your five-digit numeric order number
  • The first and last name on the order

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on shipping the item back to us, and a pre-paid shipping label will be provided. 

Securely package the item(s) in its original packaging and include any related accessories.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within several business days.

For exchanges, we will send out the replacement item(s) once the returned item(s) has been received and inspected.

Additional Information

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Pre-paid shipping label fee is $8.49 which will be deducted from the refund if utilized. Additionally, customers may also ship the item(s) back using a carrier of their choice.

Please note that at this time we do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for International shipments, therefore customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us.

Returns or Exchanges without prior authorization by customer support will be denied 

The amount of the refund will never exceed the amount paid by the customer.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

Check Your Bank Account: Verify your account to ensure the refund has not been credited.

Contact Your Credit Card Company: Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact Your Bank, There may be a processing period before the refund is reflected in your account.
