NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (CANADA & USA EXCLUDED)

By proceeding with the purchase, the buyer is responsible for paying any additional customs duties, brokerage fees, and taxes. The shipping fee listed on the website DOES NOT include any import duties.

Should import duties be refused by the buyer, the package may be either destroyed or returned depending on the carrier. In such cases, we cannot guarantee a refund, as it will depend on specific circumstances.

Address Accuracy

The buyer is responsible for entering the correct receiver name and shipping information. Ride Tech Moto is not liable for any issues resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer. Customers must verify their shipping details before finalizing their order. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery dates listed on the website are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Once an order has shipped, Ride Tech Moto is not responsible for any delays in transit. While we understand how important timely delivery is, please note that refunds cannot be issued solely due to delays beyond our control.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. However, please note that processing times may vary and could take longer depending on the order volume. (Business days do not include weekends and holidays) Some orders may get processed and shipped the same day they are received.

Order Modifications

Once your order has been shipped, Ride Tech Moto cannot accommodate any changes, including cancellations. If you wish to cancel the order, it must first be returned to us following our return process.

Missing Items

In the event that any item(s) are missing from your order, you must notify our support team within 7 days of the delivery date. Claims for missing items submitted after this 7-day period will not be eligible for review or replacement.
