Delivery dates listed on the website are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary. Ride Tech Moto is not liable for any delays once the order is shipped.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. However, please note that processing times may vary and could take longer depending on the order volume. (Business days do not include weekends and holidays) Some orders may get processed and shipped the same day they are received.

Order Modifications

Once your order has been shipped, Ride Tech Moto cannot accommodate any changes, including cancellations. If you wish to cancel the order, it must first be returned to us following our return process.

NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (CANADA & USA EXCLUDED)

Should import duties be refused by the receiver, the package may be either destroyed or returned depending on the carrier. In such cases, we cannot guarantee a refund, as it will depend on specific circumstances.
