At the checkout screen make sure to select an option with the word "tracked" if you would like a tracking number with your package. Otherwise the tracking number will not be provided.

We ship to most countries around the world. If your country is not visible in the checkout screen, shipping will not be available.
We use high quality 3M VHB adhesive, which will leave zero residue after removal. Use a hair dryer at low heat, to slowly heat-up the mount and then twist it off the helmet
Our camera mounts are compatible with GoPro Hero/Session, DJI Osmo Action, Xiaomi Yi 4K, and many more...
Our helmet mounts are made to work with Generic and Branded hooks. Make sure you use a new hook when you are completing the installation
RideTechMoto is not responsible for any damage that may occur to any items mounted. We highly suggest to follow instruction manuals listed on our product pages. Improper installation could lead to improper adhesion between the mount and the helmet. If you are experiencing issues with the mount itself please visit our Warranty & Return Policy page for more details.
By default our prices are in USD. However this can be changed by accessing the menu in the top right corner of the webstie.
All products are shipped from Ontario, Canada. Orders which are placed outside of Canada may encounter delays.
If the package was not delivered to your door, please check your local/community mailbox for your package. If the package is not there please contact your local postal office.
