All products listed on the website, have a 6 month warranty period that covers any defects. The warranty does not cover any other items that are not purchased from RideTech website.
Our policy lasts 30 days, from the day you receive the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase, example: full name & order number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note, the amount of the refund will never exceed the amount payed by the customer.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-7 business days.
Any apparel products must be returned in the same condition you received it in, with all tags attached.
Apparel products will not be accepted for a return if there are any visible heavy signs of use.
To complete your return:
1. Please write "RMA (your order number)" on the outside of the package using permanent marker, for ex. RMA #9999.
2. Place the contents of your order into a shipping envelope and ship it to:

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
