Lifetime Warranty Policy
Ride Tech Moto Lifetime Protection provides coverage against manufacturing defects and premature product failure under normal, intended use for the lifetime of the originally purchased product.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Premature product failure resulting from normal, intended use.
- Adhesive-related failures determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect.
- One replacement of the affected product or component for a qualifying defect.
What Is Not Covered
Lifetime Protection does not cover:
- Crash, accident, impact, or drop damage.
- Damage caused by improper installation, removal, or excessive force.
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
- Products that have been modified, altered, cut, drilled, glued, bonded, or otherwise changed from their original condition, including the use of third-party adhesives, silicone, epoxy, or other bonding materials.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Adhesive failure caused by improper surface preparation, installation, application, curing, or removal.
- Adhesive failure caused by contamination, including dirt, oil, wax, polish, or other substances on the mounting surface.
- Adhesive failure resulting from use on an unsuitable or incompatible surface.
- Damage or failure caused by another product or accessory.
Claims
A valid proof of purchase and photos of the product, installation, and damage or failure are required for all claims. Ride Tech Moto may request additional photos, videos, or information to determine whether the issue is covered.
For adhesive-related claims, customers may be required to provide photos showing the adhesive and mounting surface to determine whether the failure is product-related or installation-related.
Lifetime Protection applies only to the original purchaser and the specific mount originally purchased. It cannot be transferred, exchanged, or applied to a different mount or helmet model.
Lifetime Protection provides **one replacement for a qualifying defect during the lifetime of the originally purchased product**. It remains available after the standard **12-month warranty** expires. Once a replacement has been provided under Lifetime Protection, the Lifetime Protection coverage is considered fulfilled for that product.
Shipping costs and import duties associated with Lifetime Protection claims are the responsibility of the customer.
