Since day one, RideTechMoto has prioritized quality over quantity. For the past three years, we've been tirelessly developing a new manufacturing process. After relentless work and innovation, we're proud to release our new camera mounts, engineered to deliver unparalleled performance and durability.
Manufacturing Process
Stage 1: Design
Using the latest 3D scanning technology, we design the flawless fit that RideTechMoto is renowned for. The next step involves creating a steel forming tool for the subsequent production phase.
Stage 2: Machining
With the digital design finalized, we use our CNC milling machine to precisely craft the forming tool from multiple solid steel blocks. This meticulous process can take several days, or even up to a week, to complete.
Stage 3: Production
With the forming tool, ejection mechanisms, and coolant passages meticulously machined and assembled, we inject our proprietary plastic blend, heated to a molten state, at 18,000 PSI. The final outcome features flawless tolerances and a precision fit that sets a standard unmatched by anyone else.

The Tools
Over the past three years, we have devoted every resource to elevating RideTechMoto to achieve industrial-grade quality in our custom camera mounts—a formidable challenge. Here’s a glimpse into the innovations that made this possible:
FreeScan UE Pro 3D Scanner: This cutting-edge technology captures motorcycle helmet geometry with an accuracy of 0.02 mm. It ensures that our mounts are meticulously designed to contour every curve of the helmet, resulting in exceptional adhesion that withstands high speeds and rough conditions.
Haas VM-3 Vertical Machining Center: This advanced machine enables us to craft intricate forming tools from extremely hard materials. With its 30,000 RPM spindle, 5-axis rotary table, and expansive working envelope, we can achieve highly complex shapes with a precision tolerance of 0.01 mm and utilize end mills as fine as 0.3 mm.
Engel E-Mac Injection Molding Machine: This versatile machine facilitates the production of various custom mount designs by allowing quick changes of forming tools. Its powerful injection and clamping force ensure our products are exceptionally strong and durable while eliminating any flashing for a premium, flawless finish.
